Jason Renfrow

Director Technical Support

Jason Renfrow has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as Director of Technical Support at Broadridge since August 2004, with previous roles including Sr. Problem Manager, Manager of Data Center, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to Broadridge, Jason worked as a Lab Technician at Spec Plating and held various positions including Sales Lead at Old Navy and Sales Associate at Best Buy. Jason began a career in the culinary field as a Line Cook at Chuy’s Mexican Restaurant. Jason holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics, Analytics, and Data Science from the University of Kansas Medical Center, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Kansas.
