Kathryn Lane

Kathryn (Kat) Lane is currently the VP of HRIS at Broadridge, having previously served as the Head of HR Information Systems and other roles at Guardian Life for over 15 years. Expertise includes the configuration and deployment of Workday Enterprise systems, leading HR teams, and driving reporting and analytics initiatives. Notable contributions at Guardian include presenting multiple sessions at Workday Rising, managing the implementation of HRIS initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, and developing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes. Earlier experience includes positions as Personnel Director at Praxis Alzheimer's Facility and HR Coordinator at Guardian Life. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at The University of Arizona Global Campus, Kathryn also holds an Associate degree from Allentown Business School.
