From January 2007 to June 2021, Michelle served at Broadridge Financial Solutions in various capacities, including Global Managing Director of Client Engagement and Innovation, where responsibilities included leading global programs and building innovative communities across borders. Prior titles at Broadridge included Managing Director of Digital Solutions, where Michelle drove the go-to-market strategy for digital offerings in North America, and Vice President of Business Strategy & Development, focusing on product development that enhances brand loyalty and client relations.
