Michelle Sechser

Michelle Sechser, MBA, OLY, currently serves as the Product and Analytics Lead at Broadridge, where responsibilities include charting and executing product optimization strategies. An accomplished athlete, Michelle is a two-time Olympian, representing the United States in rowing at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and preparing for the 2024 Paris Games, boasting 11 national team selections and multiple international medals. In addition to athletic achievements, Michelle contributes to initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion as a member of the USRowing DEI Committee. Michelle has also held various leadership roles in business operations and coaching, including positions at the Digital Medicine Society and Team Concepts, Inc. Michelle earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa.
