Monica Lapadus

Monica Lapadus serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA and APAC at Broadridge since February 2020, leading recruitment teams across Cluj, Paris, the UK, and the Philippines while managing the full recruitment cycle and developing employment branding strategies. Previously, Monica held the role of TA Lead for the EMEA region, coordinating recruitment for support departments and collaborating with external partners to source candidates. Prior experience includes a position as Team Leader and HR Consultant at Sales Consulting, overseeing recruitment processes and improving workflows, alongside managing individual recruitment projects for multinational firms. Monica possesses a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Educational Science.
