Sajith Menon

Sajith Menon currently serves as Senior Director of Database Engineering & Automation at Broadridge, a role initiated in October 2023. Prior to this, Sajith held the position of Senior Database Architect at Amazon Web Services from January 2022 to October 2023, specializing in strategic hyper-scale AWS migrations and database optimization for large enterprise clients. Sajith's earlier experience includes roles such as Lead Database Engineer at McKesson, Global Delivery Lead for Databases at Aon, and Senior DBA at HCL Global Systems for the Volkswagen Group of America. With a foundational background in database administration from ADP and Infosys, Sajith has honed expertise in various database platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, alongside a solid educational grounding in Electronics and Instrumentation from Anna University.
