Sam Kifle is a highly experienced technology operations and customer support leader, currently serving as Director of Technology Operations for EOL Support at Broadridge since July 2023. Previously, Sam dedicated nearly two decades to SITA, holding various senior management roles, including Director of Customer Applications Support, where oversight of a global team of over 120 professionals and a budget of $21M was managed.
