Christian P. Vandendriessche

Christian P. Vandendriessche has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in the finance and technology industries. Christian P. began their career at Motorola, where they played a crucial role in negotiating, acquiring, and merging Mexican cellular operations, eventually selling the combined company for $1.8 billion. Christian P. then joined TradeOut.com as the President of International Operations, where they led the introduction and deployment of a new e-commerce platform in international markets. At Lehman Brothers, Vandendriessche served as a Senior Vice President, responsible for sourcing and vetting numerous M&A, private equity, and capital market deals. Christian P. also raised over $30 million for proprietary Lehman Brothers' Funds and created a new revenue source through the establishment of the firm's first external referral program. Vandendriessche later joined Paperboy Ventures LLC as the Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, where they managed the operation of a $400 million intellectual property merchant bank. Christian P. oversaw a portfolio of 15 direct investments and implemented risk mitigation strategies. In 2008, Vandendriessche became the Managing Director of Losa Inversiones, S.A. (Tikal Capital), partnering with a premier single family office to deliver investment advice and execute direct deals. Christian P. spearheaded the establishment of the office's direct investment practice and completed multi-million equity co-investments. Most recently, Vandendriessche joined BroadSpan Capital LLC as a Managing Director, where they provide business development leadership and deal execution on middle-market M&A, capital raise, and financial restructuring transactions. Christian P. also leads the development and execution of annual and long-term business plans and market strategies for Latin America and the USA, actively raising seed and early-stage venture capital for promising tech businesses.

Christian P. Vandendriessche has a diverse educational background. Christian P. holds an MBA degree with a focus on Management Policy, Finance, and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Analysis at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
