Jarod Hunter

Jarod Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jarod began their career at Hunter Excavation as a Grading Foreman, where they supervised site grading and ensured projects were completed on time and within budget. Jarod also handled safety training and drafting bids for prospective clients.

Moving on, Jarod worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Case Manager, where they handled claims on high deductible accounts in multiple jurisdictions. Jarod also trained and mentored new adjusters.

Jarod then joined ESIS, Inc. as an Account Executive, where they managed client relationships and resolved service issues.

Jarod's most recent role was at Broadspire, where they held two positions. Jarod started as a Sr. Account Executive, handling national and middle market accounts, and was responsible for developing and implementing products, analyzing client data, and conducting presentations. Later, they became the Regional Vice President - Client Services, overseeing the regional client services team and sales for the Southwest region. Jarod focused on implementing renewal/sales strategies and managing overall client relationships.

Throughout their career, Jarod has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in account management, client services, and claims handling.

Jarod Hunter completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies at Navarro College from 1999 to 2002. Jarod then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of North Texas from 2002 to 2004. Jarod obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including an Associate In Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America in 2009 and an Adjuster - Worker's Compensation certification from the Texas Department of Insurance in August 2006. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "A Toolkit for Giving and Receiving Better Feedback," "Creating Success from Failures," and "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn.
