Michael McDonald

Michael McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Broadspire since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Performax Consulting Group, where they led the company in innovating healthcare administration and reducing costs for self-insured employers. Michael has also held various executive positions, including VP roles in business development, strategic business development, and account management at Cinch Home Services, Assurant, and The Warranty Group. Before that, they were the VP of Affinity Insurance Services at Crawford & Company. Michael also has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having served in senior positions at Wells Fargo Card Services and Consumer Lending, HSBC- Formerly Metris Companies, and Carlson Marketing Group. Overall, Michael McDonald has demonstrated expertise in business development, leadership, and cost reduction in multiple industries.
