Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Ashley started their career as an Underwriter's assistant at Buschbach Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2009, where they worked until 2014.

From 2010 to 2014, Ashley worked as a Sales Associate at The Happy Soap Lady. Following this, they joined Product Dynamics - a division of Brisan as a Recruiter & Moderator from 2015 to 2017.

In 2016, Ashley joined Amazon as an Area Manager/Ambassador and worked there until 2019. During their time at Amazon, they gained experience in managing and representing the company.

Ashley then transitioned to the healthcare industry and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Medical Center of Aurora from 2019 to 2021.

In 2021, Ashley joined Allstate as an Outbound Sales Representative - Insurance Agent and worked there until early 2022.

Afterwards, they joined 24 Seven Talent as a Business Development Associate and worked there until mid-2023.

Currently, Ashley is employed as a Regional Business Development Manager at Broadstaff, a position they started in June 2023.

Ashley Smith attended the Community College of Aurora until 2020, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant in December 2019. In November 2021, they also obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent, specializing in Property & Casualty, from the Illinois Secretary of State.
