Tony Gusmao

Tony Gusmao is an experienced executive in the financial services and insurance sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Broadstone Corporate Benefits Limited since March 2022. Previously, Tony held the CEO position at Lockton Brasil Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros Ltda from February 2013 to August 2020 and at Alexander Forbes Consultants & Actuaries Limited from February 2010 to December 2012. Prior to these roles, Tony was Head of Institutional Business at Alexander Forbes Financial Services from June 1992 to April 2009. Tony's educational background includes a brief stint at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2011, a degree in HCiIS from the University of SA/IISA (1996-1999), and studies at the University of Johannesburg in 1991, following completion of education at Forest High School (1986-1990).
