Nicole Kier

Nicole Kier, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. since March 2018, Nicole has a robust background in consulting and stakeholder engagement from previous roles, including Recruiting Account Manager at ER Select and Junior Recruiter at Manning & Napier Advisors. Beginning their career as a Compliance Team Member at Wegmans Food Markets, Nicole contributed to the development of HR practices, and also gained experience through an internship with the New York State Division of Human Rights. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in History & Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration from SUNY Brockport.
