Ken Kirk

Ken Kirk joined BroadStreet Partners in 2013 and is responsible for strategy development, identifying new Core partner investment opportunities and supporting the operational needs of BroadStreet’s Core agency partners.

Ken has a diverse and well-rounded background in agency operations and strategy. Previously, he was the regional president of a large national brokerage, and prior to that, he was CEO, and owner, of his own regional independent insurance agency. He also has extensive experience sourcing, negotiating and integrating agency mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his experience with retail insurance agencies, Ken has experience advising MGAs and wholesale insurance brokers, and he serves as the Chairman of CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company.

Ken is a Founding Member and Chairman of the Arizona Chapter of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, and he participates as a leader and member of various industry groups and associations.
