Rick Miley founded BroadStreet Partners℠ in 2001, and has developed it into one of the top insurance brokerage holding companies in the country.

Rick’s vision for BroadStreet℠ connects the best talent in the industry under a proprietary partnership model that addresses evolving industry demographics, while simultaneously responding to how entrepreneurs want to pass the torch and develop the next generation of agency leaders.

BroadStreet’s℠ unique co-ownership business model has driven a 28% compound annual revenue growth rate, and the company has grown to include core partners from coast to coast and more than 3,100 professional colleagues. BroadStreet’s core partners have completed more than 300 tuck-in acquisitions.

Prior to founding BroadStreet℠, Rick served in senior executive positions at a publicly traded property and casualty insurer where he developed a national network of insurance broker relationships and an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions. He began his career by starting and expanding a farm holding company that continues today as a large-scale commercial grain operation.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, where he was a Griffith Foundation Scholar.
