Kendra Jenkins Rubin

Kendra Jenkins Rubin, Esq. is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Chief Legal Officer at Broadview Federal Credit Union since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Legal Officer at SEFCU, Vice President of Governmental Affairs at the New York Credit Union Association, and Deputy Director at the NYS Department of Health. Kendra has a significant background in state governance, having held positions such as Director of Governor's Appointments and Assistant Counsel to the Governor within the New York State Executive Chamber. Additionally, experience in legal counsel was gained at the NY Rising Community Reconstruction Program and the Bureau of House Counsel at the NYS Department of Health. Kendra holds a J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, where involvement included serving as President of the Pro Bono Society and directing various pro bono projects.
