António André Santos

António André Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer enablement, operations, and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Enablement & Success at Broadvoice since May 2022, António has previously held senior leadership positions at GoContact from January 2015 to May 2022, including COO and Managing Director. Notably, António contributed to Randstad Portugal from April 2009 to December 2014 as a Business Consulting Manager, overseeing contact center optimization and consultancy services. Early career roles include management positions at Portugal Telecom, where António focused on customer loyalty programs and operational efficiency, and previous leadership experience spans over two decades in telemarketing and customer service environments. António holds an Engineer’s Degree from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and has completed executive education at INDEG-ISCTE.
