Erik Teller has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Client Support Technician at Broadway Bank since December 2010, where responsibilities include in-house support for hardware issues, ATM repair, software installation, and telecommunications network assistance. Previously, Erik worked at Conn's from December 1999 to March 2010, collaborating with a team of PC Technicians to diagnose and repair computer and network failures while managing customer interactions throughout the repair process. Earlier experience includes serving as an Athletic Trainer at Brownsville ISD from 1993 to 1995. Erik holds a BS in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University Online (2006-2008), an MEd in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler (1995-1997), and a BBS in History and Physical Education from Hardin-Simmons University (1987-1993).
