Ricardo Small

Ricardo Small is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as President of the Houston Market at Broadway Bank since May 2023, Ricardo previously held the position of Executive Vice President/Managing Director at Cadence Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing growth initiatives in the Equipment Finance and Corporate Banking sectors throughout the West Region. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Mutual of Omaha Bank, where focus was on market strategy and relationship development, as well as a Senior Vice President in the Middle Market Group at Comerica Bank. Additional significant experience includes managing partner at Small World Capital Partners LLC, CFO at Business Catapult, and various vice president roles at other prominent banks. Ricardo holds a BBA in Finance and World Affairs from Baylor University.
