Sonny Montiel, CISSP

Sonny Montiel, CISSP, has extensive experience in the field of information security and technology, serving as VP, Network Security Officer at Broadway Bank since May 2000. Additional roles at Broadway Bank include VP, Information Technology Project Manager and VP, Client Support Services Manager. Montiel also held the position of Vice President for the (ISC)2 - Alamo Chapter in 2018, focusing on advancing information security within the San Antonio community. From 2015 to 2018, Montiel was a Board Member of the North San Antonio Chamber Leadership Lab Alumni Association, aimed at promoting the interests of its alumni. Montiel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Infrastructure Assurance, graduating Cum Laude from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
