Annell Brodeur is a seasoned costume designer and industry professional with extensive experience in film, theater, and dance. As Co-Owner of Violet Crown Costume Company since May 2022, Annell operates a costume house focused on waste reduction in the film industry through wardrobe and equipment rentals, as well as supply sales. With a career spanning over a decade, Annell has served as a costume designer since 2009, creating costumes based on character analysis and historical research while managing budgets and paperwork. Additionally, Annell works as a wardrobe stylist for commercials beginning in April 2016 and has held dressing roles for both the Dallas Summer Musicals and The Dallas Opera since June 2013 and April 2012, respectively. Annell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of North Texas, earned in 2011.
