Francis Musila

Francis is an Engineer by training, an accomplished operations executive and business leader with over 26 years work experience. He is calm, disciplined, solution-oriented, people-focused and likes to get things done. He spent his first 12 years with Barclays Bank where he was heavily involved in operations, projects and people management. He later joined Kenya Airways and made his way up to the Executive Management initially as Director of Ground Operations, followed by Director of the Technical Department and finally Director of Fleet & Special Projects. Francis has joined Broadway Group of Companies as Group CEO.
