Jose Quelhas

Jose is a passionate architectural designer who has played a key role in award-winning projects across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Currently based in Dubai, Jose has a strong track record working solving complex design challenges and has significant experience in all aspects of design and design management, from feasibility through to construction.

His portfolio includes major projects across retail, mixed-use, commercial office towers and corporate headquarters and his most recent project entailed the transformative repositioning of Deira City, one of Dubai’s oldest shopping malls.

Jose, who is fluent in four languages, is a frequent guest speaker, panellist and lecturer and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
