John Acerra

Shortly after joining the company as a Construction Project Manager in 2021, John was promoted to Director of Construction at Broadway National in 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the overall scope of construction projects, from estimating through final construction, and prioritizes in delivery of effective resource allocation for all phases of construction. Additionally, John supervises the Project Management team on plan implementation and performance for all construction projects.

John’s prior work involved construction management, a field in which he holds 8+ years of industry experience. His adaptability to unforeseen circumstances and ability to resolve issues has resulted in continuous customer performance satisfaction. At Broadway, he enjoys working in a collaborative environment and growing the Construction Division. During his tenure, John aspires to enhance his skills in construction project management, advanced strategic planning, and the development of his team.
