Vince Spinnato

Vince is Broadway National’s Chief Financial Officer and joined the Company in January 2022. As CFO, Vince is responsible for the finance, accounting, data analytics, financial planning, treasury, tax, and business support functions at Broadway. He is a champion of operational excellence, productivity, and systems innovation.

Vince has over 30 years of experience in financial management and has devoted his entire career to optimizing the financial success of companies of all sizes from Fortune 500 enterprises to start-ups. He began his career in public accounting with Grant Thornton serving clients in the retail, manufacturing, and financial services industries. He eventually transitioned to the private sector holding senior finance positions at large investment banks, launching a hedge fund, and starting a real estate management company.

Attracted to Broadway’s entrepreneurial spirit, Vince is excited to now be a member of senior leadership and help the company supercharge its growth trajectory. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a licensed CPA in New York state.
