Stephanie joined Broadwind in 2009, bringing decades of leadership experience gained working with a broad range of industrial manufacturing, oil and gas and mining companies. She became chief executive officer in 2016 following 7 years as Broadwind’s chief financial officer.
Stephanie holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Douglass College, at Rutgers University. Her early career was with Amoco Corporation, where she worked in the chemicals, international oil and mining divisions. She was instrumental in the spin-off and creation of Cyprus Minerals in 1985. She spent 13 years with FMC Corporation, also in mining and chemicals businesses before becoming vice president and treasurer in 1999. At FMC, she was part of the team that formed FMC Technologies. Prior to joining Broadwind, she was chief financial officer for global manufacturer Federal Signal Corporation for nearly seven years.
