Adam Gates has been working in the IT and technical support field for over a decade, starting at Hill-Rom as a Technical Customer Support Specialist and progressing to roles such as IT Project Manager II, CX Program & Systems Administrator, and Assistant Technical Service Manager at Broan-NuTone. In addition to their extensive work experience, Adam obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree in Business Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 2019.
