Kate Anderson

Kate Anderson serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Kitchen Ventilation at Broan-NuTone since August 2023. Previously, Kate held strategic leadership roles at Holcim Building Envelope and Saint-Gobain, including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President, Commercial SCC NA, respectively. Prior to these positions, Kate was the President of AK Anderson Consulting and Chief Strategy Officer at MLU Services, Inc. A significant portion of the career was spent at Kimberly-Clark, where Kate progressed through various roles leading global operations, sales strategies, and business transformations across multiple regions. Kate’s expertise spans marketing, sales capability development, and strategic planning, evidenced by a proven track record of achieving substantial growth and operational excellence. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Dayton and further executive education at Harvard Business School.
