Nicole Norrestad

Nicole Norrestad is the Chief Compliance Officer at Brocc. Nicole has a long history of working in compliance and legal positions for various companies. Nicole has been with Brocc since June 2016. Prior to that, they were with FCG - The Financial Compliance Group from November 2012 to June 2016. There, they held the positions of Compliance Officer Betaltjänstinstitut, Compliance Officer Kreditinstitut, and Compliance Officer Bank. Nicole also did GAP-analyses for AML and internal controls, and conducted trainings on money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as data protection law. Nicole has also worked as an Interim Compliance Officer and Interim Jurist. From March 2008 to September 2011, they were with Collector Finance & Law as a Corporate Attorney and Head of Compliance. There, they were responsible for corporate law, compliance, and data protection. Nicole has also served as the Chief Compliance Officer & DPO for the Brocc Group and as the CEO of Dataskyddsombud Sverige AB.

They are on a team with Stig Johansson - Chief Product Officer, Alexandra Rolnik - COO, and Johan Adamsson - Head of Credit Risk & Analytics. Nicole Norrestad reports to Jonathan Klein-Sandberg, CEO.
