Beginning with the Firm as an Internal Auditor, Ms. Crivello’ s role as CCO is to develop compliance policies and procedures; train management and employees in consumer protection laws and regulations; review policies and procedures for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the Firm’s internal policies and procedures; assess emerging issues or potential risks; coordinate response to consumer complaints; report compliance activities and audit/review findings to the Partners and ensure corrective actions are remediated. Prior to joining the Firm in August of 2013, Ms. Crivello was the Florida Regional Territory Manager for a national mortgage servicer. She successfully managed a team of Territory Managers who worked with the state attorney network to ensure compliance with servicer requirements, as well as develop and implement strategies, in coordination with the firms, to improve foreclosure timelines. She also served as a witness in hundreds of foreclosure trials. A graduate of The Florida State University, Ms. Crivello also successfully completed the Florida School of Banking offered by the Florida Bankers Association and has achieved the designation as a CCCO with the ACA.
