Mark Porter

Mark Porter is a BTEC Business Lecturer at Brockenhurst College since November 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from a lengthy career in the insurance and finance sectors. Prior to this role, Mark served as Transformation Manager at Aviva from November 2003 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing the Aviva Health Claims Change Roadmap and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Mark also held positions such as Customer Service Manager (Claims) and Business Manager at Aviva, overseeing operations and performance in a variety of insurance domains. Additional experience includes roles as Team Manager at Banco Santander and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and education credentials include a BA in Business Studies and Sports and Exercise Sciences from Cheltenham and Gloucester University.
