Harold Pirtle

Harold Pirtle is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in embedded software design and development, particularly in C++. Currently serving as a Sr. Software Engineer and Architect at Brockwell Technologies, Inc. since 2010, Harold has worked on various embedded products, utilizing tools such as Visual Studio and Atmel Studio, among others. Previous roles include Independent Verification and Validation Engineer at the Missile Defense Agency, Chief Software Architect for the Mounted Computing Environment, and Senior Software Engineer for the Joint Battle Command Program. Harold's career also encompasses significant positions at ERC, Inc., Kilgore Flares Co., General Dynamics C4 Systems, Amtec Corporation, Delta Geographics Corporation, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Harold holds a BS in Computer Science from Freed-Hardeman University and has pursued continuing education focusing on simulation verification, validation, and accreditation.
