Brendae Keith has extensive experience in collection development and data management at Brodart, holding positions from Collection Development Project Specialist to Manager of Collection Development and Data since December 2012. In these roles, Brendae has developed and tested various internal applications, authored specifications and user manuals, provided training, and maintained databases. Brendae has a strong background in CRM administration, having served as both Oracle CRM Administrator and GoldMine Administrator, along with technical product support and sales administration roles. Brendae’s career also includes significant contributions to process improvements, technical support, and budgeting across multiple departments, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in both technical and administrative functions within the company.
