Keith Dingler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer care within the library industry and IT sectors. Since August 1993, Keith has served as the Technical Products Support Group Leader at Brodart Company, where responsibilities include consulting and training customers on technical services related to library material acquisitions through EDI ordering and invoicing. Keith previously held roles in Brodart Company as an Information Technology Help Desk member and Technical Support Representative, providing support for electronic ordering systems and managing telecommunications for a large network. Prior to Brodart, Keith was the Store Sales Manager and Outside Sales Consultant at ComputerLand, focusing on revenue generation and business development in personal computing. Keith holds an Associate's Degree in Individual Studies with a focus on Business and Computer Science from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
