Laura Turner has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Laura began their career at Kimberly-Clark Inc. as a Sales Representative before transitioning into a Marketing Manager role. Laura managed trade and promotions budgets for the Kleenex brand.

Laura then moved on to Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, where they held various positions, including Marketing Manager and Associate Director of Marketing. In these roles, they led the development and execution of media and shopper marketing campaigns for new release products. Laura later became the Executive Director of Marketing, where they managed the marketing team for the North American market and collaborated with sales, finance, and operations to maximize contribution margin and ROI.

Laura joined alphabroder in 2011, serving as VP of Marketing for both alphabroder and Ash City. Laura was responsible for driving improvements in customer experience, sales, and go-to-market strategies. Laura led a team in demand generation, new product introductions, trade marketing, and collaborated with suppliers on co-op marketing initiatives and budgets. Later, they were promoted to VP General Manager, Decoration, overseeing customer service, production management, and the overall customer experience for garment embellishment services across the US and Canada.

Laura'smost recent role has been as Vice President of Customer Experience at alphabroder. In this position, they established the new CX function, responsible for activities such as customer journey mapping, CX auditing, and establishing CX metrics and tools. Laura is also involved in decision-making on sales, customer experience, operations, and go-to-market strategy.

Laura Turner obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce and Business from the University of Saskatchewan, from 1988 to 1992. Laura then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the same university, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997.
