Lauren Frank

Lauren Frank is an experienced operations and inventory control manager currently employed at alphabroder since August 2019. Prior to this role, Lauren held multiple positions at Bridgestone Americas from June 2010 to August 2019, including Area Manager, Region Education Partner, and Field Operations Trainer. In the capacity of Area Manager, responsibilities included overseeing 12 retail store managers, focusing on employee engagement, customer retention, and P&L ownership. As a Region Education Partner, Lauren coordinated educational workshops, conducted training initiatives, and provided in-store coaching across a region of 112 retail stores with over 1200 teammates.
