Shelley LeHenaff has had a successful career in human resources, starting with their role as an Assistant Store Manager at Toys R Us from 1989 to 1994. Shelley then moved on to become an Area Human Resources Manager at Caldor, Inc. from 1994 to 1999, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple retail store locations and ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations. From 1999 to 2006, they worked as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Broder Bros., Co., where they managed HR functions and resolved employee relations issues in multiple distribution center locations. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Alphabroder from 2006 to 2018, where they provided strategic leadership for HR management, coordinated performance goals, and made compensation recommendations for up to 1200 employees nationwide. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company.
Shelley LeHenaff pursued their education at Widener University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources. Shelley attended Widener University from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, Shelley LeHenaff obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university, studying from 1990 to 1992.
