Nicholas Ort

Nicholas Ort has a strong background in financial services within the real estate industry. Nicholas served as the Director of Financial Services at Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services, where they oversaw the financial operations and corporate accounting function for a property management company. Nicholas also worked as a Corporate Accountant at Sun Communities, assisting with onboarding and budgeting for newly acquired manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities. Prior to that, they were an Accountant/Analyst at Wynnestone Communities, where they handled various financial tasks such as AR, AP, payroll, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
