Clayton Holm is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President at Broderick Group since September 2018, specializing in representing both landlords and tenants in the Eastside market, particularly in Class A office properties. Prior experience includes founding Holm Pressure Washing, a home services company focused on pressure washing and gutter cleaning, from June 2015 to September 2018. Additionally, Clayton held the position of Treasurer for Chi Psi Fraternity from December 2016 to June 2018, contributing to the development of a self-sustaining group of young men. Earlier experience at Kemper Development Company as a Guest Services Associate from December 2012 to February 2016 enhanced communication and inventory management skills. Clayton Holm earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business in 2018.
