Jeff Livingston

Jeff Livingston is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Broderick Group since January 2021, Jeff previously held the position of Senior Associate and Associate Broker at Colliers International, where representation of occupiers in office and industrial real estate in the Puget Sound was a focus. Prior to that, Jeff worked as a Market Research Intern at Elliott Bay Capital Trust, creating models for market trends and revamping a database, alongside an internship at Merrill Lynch that involved database management and financial analysis. Jeff's early experience includes a Research Intern role at Kiemle & Hagood Company, performing property valuations, and mentoring athletes as an Athletic Camp Instructor for the Spokane School District. Jeff earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
