Will McIntosh

Will McIntosh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and technology law. Currently, Will serves as a Corporate Partner and Head of International at Brodies LLP since March 2010. Prior to this role, Will held the position of Partner at Lindsays WS from January 1999 to March 2010 and practiced law at Poitrinal & Associés in Paris from 1995 to 1999. Will obtained a Law degree from The University of Edinburgh, graduating between 1988 and 1992.
