Philippe Sebastien Faucher

Philippe Sebastien Faucher is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project estimation and management. Currently serving as Lead Senior Estimator at Brodson Construction Inc since January 2019, Philippe oversees estimating processes for commercial projects, writes scopes of work, negotiates with subcontractors, and generates construction schedules. Prior to this role, Philippe was an Estimator and Assistant Project Manager at Lunacon Construction Group from January 2018 to January 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating drawings, preparing RFIs, and managing change orders. Philippe began their career as a Project Engineer at Bergeron Land Development in 2017, following an internship as a Traffic Manager at the Florida Department of Transportation, and earlier experience as a Pier Agent with SMS International Shore Operations. Philippe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, earned between 2014 and 2017.
