Brett Lundy

Brett Lundy has a strong background in construction and design, with a focus on project management and engineering. Brett has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career, demonstrating their expertise in the field.

Brett started their career at Winter Construction in 2006 as an Office Engineer, and was later promoted to Project Engineer. Brett worked on numerous projects, gaining experience in both pre-construction and operations. Brett stayed with Winter Construction until 2011.

Following their time at Winter Construction, Brett joined Catamount Constructors as a Project Engineer. Brett managed on-site operations for LEED Silver and Platinum multi-family complexes and office building renovations. Brett was responsible for maintaining owner and client relations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon Wage regulations. Brett worked with Catamount Constructors until 2013.

After leaving Catamount Constructors, Brett worked as a Project Manager and Estimator at R. Peacock Construction. Brett managed projects and estimated costs during their time with the company, which lasted until 2014.

In 2014, Brett joined Secretariat International as an Associate. Brett worked with the company until 2016, gaining experience in project management and construction.

From 2016 to 2020, Brett worked as a Construction Manager at Thomas & Hutton, overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion.

In 2020, Brett joined Columbia Ventures as a Development Manager. Brett held this role until 2022, overseeing the development of various projects.

Currently, Brett Lundy is the Director of Design and Construction at Broe Real Estate Group, a position they started in 2022.

Brett Lundy's education history begins in 2002 when they attended The University of Georgia. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Concurrently, during the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in an unspecified field. In 2007, Brett Lundy continued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained a Master of Science degree in Building Construction in 2009.
