Josh Mesner

Josh Mesner has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Josh most recently worked at Broe Real Estate Group as a Sr. Vice President of Asset Management and Operations. Prior to that, they held positions at BMC Investments as Sr. Vice President of Asset Management, Nuveen Real Estate as Director of Acquisitions, and Invesco Real Estate as Director of Portfolio Management and Associate Director of Acquisitions. Josh also worked at CapitalSource as an Investment Associate, Strategic Investment Group as a Senior Associate, and Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Financial Analyst. In addition, they gained valuable experience as a Real Estate Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation and worked at Strategic Investment Group as a Performance Analyst. Their career began as a Financial Analyst at Bond and Pecaro.

Josh Mesner completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at James Madison University from 2000 to 2002. Josh later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2008 to 2010.
