Jay is also the Founder of Broken Heart Love Affair & Lifelong Crush since the same time. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Ad.Vice Inc. from December 2017 to March 2020. Jay also held the position of Chair, Strategy & Planning Track at Miami Ad School from June 2018 to January 2019. Before that, they served as the Chief Creative Officer of KOHO from December 2017 to January 2019. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Cossette from December 2013 to January 2018. Jay has also worked at companies like lg2, DDB Canada, Corus Entertainment, and Critical Mass in various strategic and leadership roles.
Jay Chaney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from the University of Calgary, completing their studies from 1992 to 1997.
