Joline Matika

Joline Matika's work experience starts in 2005 as an Intern at lemon scented tea. Joline then worked as an Account Coordinator at The Hive from 2005 to 2006. Joline returned to The Hive in 2007 and held various roles including Account Manager, Account Supervisor, and Account Director. In 2011, they joined Capital C as an Account Director and later became a Sr. Account Director. Joline then moved to kbs+ toronto in 2014 as a Sr. Account Director and later became a Group Account Director. In 2017, they joined Republic as a Vice President of Client Success and held the position until 2020. Currently, Joline is working as the VP of Client Success at Broken Heart Love Affair, and as a Lead People and Culture at the same company since 2023.

Joline Matika earned an Honours Double Major in English and Communications from York University between 2000 and 2005. Joline also obtained a Diploma in Creative Advertising from Seneca Polytechnic from 2003 to 2005.
