Kristy Pleckaitis

Kristy Pleckaitis has work experience spanning over 10 years. Kristy is currently working at Broken Heart Love Affair as the Senior Vice President of Strategy since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Strategy at the same company from May 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Broken Heart Love Affair, Kristy worked at No Fixed Address Inc. as the Strategy Director from January 2019 to May 2021, and as a Senior Strategist from November 2017 to January 2019. Kristy also worked at FCB Canada as a Strategist from April 2016 to November 2017. Their earlier experience includes working at Nurun as a User Experience Designer from September 2013 to April 2016, and at Bell Media as a User Experience Designer from October 2010 to September 2013.

Kristy Pleckaitis has a degree in Media Arts with a focus on Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Sheridan College. Kristy also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing from the University of Ottawa. In addition, Kristy has obtained certifications as a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International in 2017 and in Persuasive Psychology for Interactive Design from AlterSpark Corp. in 2014.
