Jean-Marie Heins has over 20 years of experience in the consumer products, food and beverage, wine and spirits, and distilled spirits industries. From 2018-present, they have served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Broken Shed Vodka LLC, a subsidiary of Yes Whey LLC. Prior to this, they were an Advisor for Burlap & Barrel: Single Origin Spices from 2017-2018 and a Consultant, CMO, EVP, VP for Growing Lifestyle Brands, Luxury Brands, Operations, and Marketing from 2016-2017. From 1999-2016, they were the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing Operations for Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. and the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for Jagermeister, Grey Goose Vodka, and Gekkeikan. During this time, they developed and led cross-departmental teams, managed budgets, handled supply chain management, and implemented marketing and sales programs. Jean-Marie also collaborated closely with the Sales Analysis group to improve company access to business intelligence data and track KPI.

Jean-Marie Heins earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude, in Economics (Business) & Fine Arts from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Heins also obtained a Professional Negotiation Skills Workshop certification from Sales Systems Development, Inc. in January 2010 and is a Notary Public certified by Westchester County.
