Lewis Sweenie has over 8 years of work experience in business development, client engagement, recruitment, and commercial roles.

In 2022, they joined Broker Insights as a Senior Business Development Manager. Their role included providing a strategic advantage to brokers seeking greater trading efficiencies, commercial growth, stronger insurer relationships and an increase in profitability.

In 2020, they joined Odro as a Client Engagement Manager - Multi-Sector Specialist. Lewis was responsible for providing white labelled technology to hundreds of recruitment agencies across UK, USA, Europe and APAC to win more business and engage more talent. Lewis also held the roles of Mid-Market Engagement Manager and Client Engagement Manager.

In 2018, they joined Search Consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant. Their role included placing people in a wide range of industry sectors.

In 2015, they joined Leyton UK as a Business Development Manager, Senior Commercial Executive, and Commercial Executive.

Finally, in 2014, they joined Hudson as a Recruitment Consultant. Their role included specialising on Manufacturing, Production and Engineering roles such as CNC machinists, Service Engineers, Change Management and some Operational roles.

Lewis Sweenie received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing - Web Systems Development from Glasgow Caledonian University between 2010 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a HNC/HND in Software Development from Central College of Commerce between 2008 and 2010. Lewis completed their secondary education at Balfron High School between 2002 and 2007.
