Elena Barbuta

Elena Barbuta, PMP, FCIP, currently serves as the Director of PMO & Change Management at BrokerLink since January 2025. Previously, Elena held the position of Claims Manager, Strategy & Transformation at Intact from July 2021 to February 2025. Elena's career includes significant roles at Western Financial Group, including Manager of Operational Planning & Efficiency and Senior Project Manager in the PMO, as well as experience at ADP as an Implementation Project Manager. Earlier positions at Intact Insurance featured roles such as Unit Claims Manager and Business Analyst/Project Manager. Elena holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate and Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional designation. Elena's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from "1 Decembrie 1918" University of Alba Iulia.
